We have a team specialized in cleaning and inspecting piggable and non-piggable pipeline and furneces.

 

We have cutting-edge technology, pig launchers and receivers, as well as accessories to change the pipeline to.

 

We also offer analysis of existing anomalies according to the revised B31G standard and geometric characteristics using state-of-the-art inspection tools.

 

Why use a smart PIG tool?​

Numerous challenges can be overcome with the application of ILI tools:

• Bi-directional;

• Two-way inspection;

• Application in areas that are difficult to access;

• Inspection of multiple diameters;

• Short bend radius;

 

In the case of difficult to inspect pipelines, we developed a methodology to adapt the line to make it temporarily piggable.

• Checklist of mechanical adaptations;

• Supply of control equipment, valves, hoses, launcher and receiver traps;

• Operational procedure for cleaning and inspection using pigs.
