We have a team specialized in cleaning and inspecting piggable and non-piggable pipeline inspection and furneces.

 

We have cutting-edge technology, pig launchers and receivers, as well as accessories to assist in the passage of tools .

 

We also offer analysis of existing anomalies according to the revised B31G standard and geometric characteristics using state-of-the-art inspection tools.

 

Why use a smart PIG tool?​

Numerous challenges can be overcome with the application of instrumented pigs:

​

• Two-way inspection;

• Application in areas that are difficult to access;

• Inspection of multiple diameters;

• Passing through sharp and short-radius curves;

• Pig passage without fluid.

 

In the case of non-piggable pipes, we developed a project to adapt the line to make it temporarily piggable.

• Checklist of mechanical adaptations;

• Supply of control equipment, valves, hoses, launcher cannon and pig receiver;

• Operational procedure for cleaning and inspection using pigs.
