Internal Inspection Using Crowlers
Robotic Visual Inspection Technology
The robotic visual inspection technology leverages a Remotely
Operated Vehicle (ROV) to capture internal images of pipelines,
providing invaluable insights for the customer’s future
maintenance and operational procedures.
Visual Inspection Overview
The Visual Inspection ROV is a sophisticated robot equipped with
a high-resolution camera and advanced lighting. It is connected to
an external control panel via an umbilical cable. This setup allows
for the capture of high-quality images that reveal the internal
condition of the pipeline, including potential debris, imperfections,
and corrosion.
Clients can monitor the entire inspection process in real-time,
enabling them to highlight areas that require special attention.
Following the inspection, all recorded images and notes are
compiled and delivered for comprehensive analysis.
